Rehabilitation of the Old and Riverside Centre of Zambujeira do Mar, with an execution time of 450 days.

The main aim of the project is to upgrade and enhance the area, improve access control, parking, car and pedestrian circulation. No less important will be the remodelling of the water supply, sewerage, rainwater and wastewater drainage and electricity network infrastructures. It will also include new street furniture, redesigning the urban ecological structure and green spaces, as well as redesigning urban solid waste (MSW) collection, providing the town with a network of underground containers with selective collection, as well as a surface network with bins for undifferentiated and selective collection.

In summary, approximately 15,000m3 of ditches will be opened and covered, 3,000ml of water supply network, 3,300ml of rainwater network, 5,100ml of domestic water network, 17,000m2 of pavements and 4,000m2 of bituminous paving.
