It was inaugurated the dike-road connecting Marinha da Troncalhada to the nautical pavilions and the Municipal Centre for Environmental Interpretation, by the Mayor of Aveiro, José Ribau Esteves.

In the event were also present several members of his executive, notable figures of the municipality, and as could not miss, some collaborators of Ângulo Recto, Eng. Bruno Serra, Eng. António Gama and Eng. Norberto Duarte. Renamed Cais do Sal at the inauguration, this was an urban requalification work, with a final value of about 2.5 million euros.
